NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE MISSED ADMISSION DATE

Few seats are available in the following subjects for which Merit List is exhausted:

B.Com (General), B.Sc (Bio –General), B.Sc (Pure –General),Economics Hons., Mathematics Hons., Computer Science Hons., Chemistry Hons., Physics Hons., Bengali Hons., Political Science Hons. and History Hons.

Applicants of the above mentioned subjects who have failed to pay admission fees within specified date and time are requested to confirm their willingness to take admission, by sending mail to the Admission Helpdesk email ID: nndc.academics@gmail.com within 21st September, 2020 (4pm).

 


Provisional 5th Admission List will be published on 22nd September 2020 after 4pm
Provisional 4th Admission List will be published on 17th September 2020 after 4pm
Provisional 3rd Admission List will be published on 12th September 2020 after 4pm
Provisional 2nd Admission List will be published on 6th September 2020 after 4pm
Applicants are advised to check the 1st Admission List due to be published on 28th August,2020. Provisional Admission to B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com Semester I  from 1st Admission List shall start w.e.f. 1st September 2020 as per category wise seat availability.

The application fee has been withdrawn from 14.08.2020 as per the Government Order No. 43-SS(CS/A)/2020, Dated : 13.08.2020

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate may apply for Honours if only following conditions are fulfilled :-

For General Candidates:

45% Marks In Subject Or Related Subject And 50% In Aggregate In Best Of Four Subjects at the previous qualifying examination. (Except Environmental Education / Environmental Studies / Environmental Science). If the subject is studied as an elective subject of 100 marks then it will be considered in best of four.
OR
55% Marks In The Subject Or Related Subject.
OR
50% marks in the aggregate when the candidate has not studied the subject in his/her previous qualifying examination provided all other clauses are satisfied.

For SC & ST Candidates:

40% Marks In The Subject Or Related Subjects In previous qualifying examination.
OR
40% Marks In Aggregate.
